On the upper level of the villa double doors open onto the games room, equipped with pool table and gymnasium. A few stairs leads up to the communal living and kitchen area, fully equipped with American-style double fridge, built-in SMEG microwave, oven and breakfast bar. The living and kitchen area open up to the balcony with a large hardwood dining table that can comfortably seat up to 12 people (high chairs are provided for young children). The main living and dining areas also offer spectacular views to the swimming pool, Santiburi Championship Golf Court and across the ocean.

The lounge room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, surround sound system & iPod docking station. This room also has an office area with desk and computer, ideal for those he need to catch up on work while on vacation.

In front of the communal living area is an outdoor living area with 15�5 metre infinity edged swimming pool, two outdoor showers and sun loungers positioned around the pool. To the right of the main pool is the toddler`s pool with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy cocktails with stunning views.

To both sides of the swimming pool are two air-conditioned bedroom pavilions.
